While it is a good feature to have a 'all classes' link from 'No Frames' section, the 'All classes' link in the 'Frames' section seems redundant as, while a Frame is loaded, the 'all-classes' is loaded by default on the left.

On clicking the 'All classes' on the 'Frames' section, the left side is loaded again on the right side of frame.

The 'All classes' link from 'Frames' section can be removed.
