The solaris build readme and the solaris patch list documents are both
living documents. The patch list is used by both the build process (sanity
check) and is published in the solaris build readme. The process for
generating the patch information into the solaris readme needs to be defined
and completed so that a nightly build will generate the complete readme
file.
