When Cache location for the Java Plug-in Jar Caching is choosen from the control Panel the jar files are not cached in the specified location in the control panel.

To Reproduce the problem :

1. Install Java Plug-in Merlin build 77.

2. Enable Jar Caching from the Java Plug-in Control Panel.

3. Choose the different Ja r caching location from the control panel

  Control Panel -> Cache -> Location Browse and choose the different location ->apply

4. Bring up the browser and run the following applet

5. Go to the cache directory , choosen from the control(cd to the directory)

6. Jar files are not cached in this directory , But are infact cached in the default location for the Java Plug-in Cache(user.home)
