Bug Description:
Installation of the JDK installs the following entry in the registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Javasoft\Java Development Kit\1.4
JavaHome: C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape 6\\Plugins
This does not point to the JDK nor to the JRE so it is not possible to find the jvm.dll to load and start the VM.


Steps to Reproduce (be specific):
- have Netscape 6.1 installed on WinNT machine
- Uninstall the old JDK build(build72)
- Install new JDK build 76 which installs the following entry in the
  registry at

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Javasoft\Java Development Kit\1.4

  JavaHome: C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape 6\\Plugins
