If a user installs jre 1.3.1 it will copy the plugin files over to the Netscape plugins directories. However if the user then installs 1.4.0 it will overwrite those dll's. Then if the user uninstalls 1.4.0, the plugin dll's will get removed, even though the 1.3.1 release is still installed. The uninstall process should find the most recent release left on the machine and copy the plugin dll's from that release in the plugin's directories.
