      java version "1.3.0_02"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.3.0_02)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.3.0_02, mixed mode)

When there are other Java applications running (especially when started via
Webstart) and a users tries to install (or update to) Webstart 1.0.1 on Windows
platforms, the Nullsoft installer shows a file write error. You'll get one of
      the following errors:

"Error opening File for writing: C:\Program Files\javawebstart.dll"
"Error opening File for writing: C:\Program Files\javawspl.dll"
"Error opening File for writing: C:\Program Files\javaws-l10n.jar"

Nullsoft shows an error dialog with the default focus on the Cancel button. If
you had installed Webstart before and hit "Ignore" and continue with the
installation, it completes ok. For more info about version checking of dlls,
see seek msdn webpage for "GetFileVersionInfo" and "VerQueryValue".
