While testing our Swing integration build on September 25, 2001 I discovered a painting problem. The problem appears to have been introduced by the previous AWT integration.
To reproduce, run SwingSet2 and drag any other window around on top of the SwingSet2 window. Intermittently, the window will not repaint properly and only the grey background color will show in some places.
This appears to be much easier to reproduce on a dual processor machine. It became even more apparent when I had a cpu-intensive task running in the background.
I was running on Windows NT when this problem occurred.
