User cannot run HtmlConverter. After installed jdk1.4_b81, if user types "HtmlConverter -gui" on command line to bring up Html Converter, then the Converter application displays few seconds without showing any contents,
then the system automatically log out (or crushed) and goes back to dtlogin banner. This problem is observed in English locale too.

THis bug does not apply on Euro locales sv; fr with b82
