1) Install the JRE build81 ( <jre bundle>-i package)
2) Install Netscape61 from Netscape Site
  (/net/sqesvr/deployment3/browsers/win32/NS/6.1)
3) Load the Test URL mentioned above
4) The applet fails to load and also the progress bar does not show up.

   All you see is the gray area. NO exception on the console

5) On the Console, set trace level to 1 or 2
6) Reload the applet
   NOTE: on Console, it does not indicate that applet was inited or started.

7) Press browser back button
  on Console, It indicates it is stopping the applet and destroying it.

Thats strange, if applet was not loaded at all, what is it stopping?

It however works on NS4.7x and IE6.0 on Winxp/Win2k platforms
and also works on Linux.
