When a Certificate is "Granted always" for the signed applets .This certificate is not shown in the certificate tab of the Plug-in Control Panel on Linux only when Control Panel is invoked in a Browser.(Control Panel.html in <jre>/ControlPanel.html

To Reproduce the problem:

1. Install Java Plug-in build 81.

2. Load the Following applet.

http://sqesvr.sfbay.sun.com/deployment1/ws/tests/func/RSA/Verisign.html

When security dialog pops up,Click Grant always.

3. restart the browser.

4. Bring up the Plug-in Contrl Panel in browser
  (JRE_HOME/ControlPanel.html)

5. Click on the Certificates tab.You will not see the certificate stored
   from the previous session.(The certificate is store it shows up when
   Control Panel is invoked from command line)
