We have made Beta 3 changes to the Javadoc tool after the normal
Beta 3 deadline.

This report describes changes to messages made to version Beta 3 of
the Javadoc tool after the messages for Beta 3 were sent off to Japan
for translation.

The diffs are attached in properties-diffs.zip that unzips into 9 separate
files - normal diffs, s-diffs (side-by-side) and the new properties files.

The test cases are attached in bug-4511536-messagetests.zip
that unzips to a directory:

  bug-4511536-messagetests/

that contains two tests:

  run-messagetest
  run-messagetest-help

and their supporting files. The instructions for displaying and reading
the messages are found in file "messagetests". Please see the README
file for descriptions of each file.
