DataBaseMetaData.getColumns(...) returns a ResultSet with a short field for
DATA_TYPE while the documentation and interface java.sql.Types variables are of
type int. Some JDBC driver builders are implementing this with short and
others with int. Is this an oversight or is this modelled this way?
