The dialog messages in the following installer are displayed incorrectly.

j2re-1_4_0-beta3-bin-b83-win-i-11_oct_2001.exe

In the final stage when setting up JRE and JPI, three dialog boxes come up
and the message on them are the malformed characters.

NOTES: Although, as for this problem, just a situation differs from
        4492710, the cause is completely the same.
