Cache viewer has problems when user defined location is specified

      Cache viewer available under cache tab of plug-in control panel doesn't show the cache contents when a different location other than the default cache location is specified by the user. Also, cache viewer shows only jar files and not other types of files.

      These problems are seen in merlin build 83
