      Korean characters are garbage in "Creating Java Jar File" and "Installation completed O.K" dialog boxes.

      How to reproduce :

      1) run j2re-1_4_0-beta3-bin-b83-win-i-11_oct_2001.exe
      2) before the end of jre installation, "Creating Java Jar File" and "Installation completed O.K" dialog boxes are dispalyed
