Steps to reproduce -

1) - Install the jdk/jre for merlin beta3 build 83.
2) - Make sure the .java.policy is removed.
3) - Go to the https test cases at -

       http://sqesvr.sfbay.sun.com/deployment1/ws/doc/proc/JPI_https.html

4) - execute the Full Look Test Case_6 (Image get test applet for testing HTTPS get to retrieve an image File) for java web server located at -

           http://kittestsfbay.sun.com/https/tests/updates/myImage.html
           https://kittestsfbay.sun.com/https/tests/updates/myImage.html

5) - The image does not load and the following exception is thrown at the console -
