Steps to Reproduce:

1) Launch "Metalworks" demo.
2) Change the "Theme" to "Low Vision" by selecting "Low Vision" menu item from "Theme" menu.
Notice that the Window title is not diplayed fully in this theme. The first letter of the title, that is letter "M", is cut vertically.

I tested on Win2000 Prof., WinXP Prof., Solsparc7, Linux RH7.1 and was able to reproduce this problem.
