The deploying java extensions in java plug-in document needs to be beefed up and made to be less complicated to users.

Some things (ideas) to do are:
The relevant content from other documents (extension mechanism, applet signing,
jar, etc.) need to be pulled into this document.
Examples of commands (keytool, jar, signtool, etc.) used need to be added.
Examples of complete optional package solution (html, manifests, sample java
install program, etc.) need to be added.
A cookbook like steps (complete instructions/steps from A to Z on how to do this) section needs to be added to this document.
Try to simplify the wording and maybe change the flow of the document.
