I tried to build the Linux b83. I found that the section on "Mozilla Headers
and Libraries" pointed to a bad link,

 www.sun.com/linux/netscape

Also, in the section "Motif 2.1", a link was given, but when I visited the
site it was not clear where the download material was. Perhaps a more explicit
link pointing directly to the download materials could be provided?

I was able to complete the build using directories set up in the RE file
space (/java/devtools) but a Licensee would not be able to do this.
