For the past few months and maybe years, the webbugs team has been getting some incidents that are from other vendor Virtual Machines.

The problem concerns the url displayed in Hotspot messages (http://java.sun.com/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi).

What I propose is some way for the Licensee vendors to have the ability to change this url to report back to them instead of SUN.
