RFE: Reorganize Start menu entries

      Problem:

      Menu items installed in the Start menu during JRE installation were created without much thought, and it doesn't provide users any real useful information they need.

      Solution:

      Reorganize the menu items in Start menu and make sure it conforms to the Windows UI guideline.
