In jdk 1.4 beta 3 you have changed the java plugin control panel to use a
decorated frame with metal look and feel. when run under windows the icon
displayed at the top of the control panel window is different from the icon
that is displayed in the taskbar of windows. instead for native windows
application the two icons are identical.
