Steps to Reproduce

1.) Install the J2SE 1.3.1_02 from :
/net/koori/a/v08/jdk/1.3.1_02/ea/bundles

2.) open a NS 4.75 browser and run the following tests
http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/1.3.0_01/demos/index.html

3.) Click on any demo applets, and nothing load.
