      Platfrom: Win98 Second edition

      Browsers used: NS4.6/4.72/4.76/4.78
Owroks fine with IE5 and NS6.1)

      On Win98 Second Edition
Loading 2 consecutive applets on Ns 4.x browser crashes the browser.

       1) Install Browser
       2) install JRE
       3) Remove .jpi_cache directory from \\Windows dir.
       4) Invoke Plugin Control Panel and choose "Hide Console" radio button
          (under Basic Tab)
NOTE: this is a key step
       5) Invoke browser and go to URL
           http://webwork.eng/products/plugin/1.4/demos/applets.html
       6) Load Clock Applet (could be any applet)
       7) Click on Browser Back Button
       8) Load next Simple SpreadSheet applet (can be any other applet)
It loads fine... no problem and will continue to work as you load other
          applets

NOTE: At this point the Java Console is hidden.

       9) Now click on the "Show console" from Java Plugin icon in the system tray
       10) Repeat steps (6) - (8)

        The browser crashes

An easier way to reproduce is in Step (4) to choose "Show Console"
Browser will crash on the second applet that is loaded.
Looks like the crash occurs when Java Console is enabled and visible.

I saw this problem only on Win98 and only on NS4.x browsers

       NOTE:
I tried setting -verbose in the Control Panel, but on Win98 a scroll bar
does not show up on the command debug window, so capturing the information is
       not possible.
I had set the trace file to 5 in the Java Console and accordingly I have
       attached the trace file.
