I've seen this problem on x86 only by DVD CLI, not DVD GUI and CD0 GUI/CLI.

The x86 machine has the following configration.

 Model: ASUS A7V
   CPU: Athlon 850 MHz
Memory: 256 MB

After a while by running in CUI mode, the pinwheel has stopped whirling at the
right side of "Please wait while the system information is loaded..." message.

After I waited for many times (it may be taken one night), proceeding to the
next step.
