      The following paragraph in the 1.3.1 README file needs to be revised:

      The Java 2 SDK software can serve as a runtime environment. However,
      you probably can't assume your users have the Java 2 SDK installed,
      and your Java 2 SDK license doesn't allow you to redistribute SDK
      files.

      The paragraph gives incorrect information about redistributing SDK files.
