The following test failed if the codebase value on the html file of slave agent had setted as "http:"; however, it passed if codebase value had setted as "file://".
Test also passed using the appletviewer.

How to reproduce:
====================
  Run the attached script Plug-in.ksh as codebase set as "http".

    Modify the JDK_PATH to point to your copy of the SDK.
    Plug-in.ksh JCK14 api NS476
    On Java Test, click "Revove All" then add following test
            api/java_beans/SimpleBeanInfo/descriptions.html#loadImage
    Click "Actions" -> "Start Run"

    Click "Tools" -> "Test Summary Browse", to see the result.

   To run slave agent as "file"
      On the browser replace the html filename with try.html. Keep the path the same.
      After the applet had reloaded, replace "sqesvr" with your test machine hostname, Then click Start.
      Click "Actions" -> "Repeat test". run the test again.
