Test Build : jdk1.4.0-rc b89
Test enviroment : windows 2000 PE/ korean

The appletviewer creates the following warning message :
 " Warning : Can't read Appletviewer properties file : C:\Documents and Setting\Administrator\.hotjava\Porperties useing defaults "

This Warning message is observed in English locale too. But, i didn't get the Warning message after first time appletviewer ran. And, the bug cannot be created in jdk1.4.0-beta3_b81.
