When our 1.4.0 installer registers with Netscape, it first deletes all of the plugin files in the Netscape plugins directory. However, if Netscape is open during the installation, it cannot delete the npOJI610.dll file from a previous 1.3.1 release. If a user then tries to view a 1.4 applet, it will use the 1.3.1 plugin still because the OJI file still exists.

We need to have some way of deleting this OJI file. Our installer should either ask the user to close Netscape first (if it is open), or it should delete the file after asking for a system reboot.
