Since b89, the main frame style of ControlPanel has been changed to
native window frame. Before b88, the main frame was being displayed
like a swing JInternalFrame. Regarding the window of Java Plug-in
Cache Viewer, it's still like a swing one so the window style should
be the same as the main frame.
