French - Title bar of the "Java Plug-in cache viewer" dialog is not translated

      1. Open the Control Panel
      2. Open the Cache tab
      3. Select the Afficher les fichier du cache\View files in cache button
      4. In the resulting dialog the "Java Plug-in cache viewer" dialog title is not translated into french. (see attached image)
