Version j2re1.3.0_02 corrupted when auto-downloaded and installed by Javaws on Windows platform.
Steps to reproduce:
-Install j2re1.4 (build 91 for example).
-In Java Web Start try to run any remote Demo (Notepad for example)
-Jaws will auto-download j2re1.3.0_02 and install it for you.
-Now you have 2 jre installed on your machine: j2re1.4.0-rc and j2re1.3.0_02
-Go to Control Panel, you have two Java Plag-in images.
-Click on Java Plug-in 1.3.0_02, error message will come:"Java virtual Machine Launcher:Could not find main class. Program will exit".
Tested on Windows XP & Windows 2000.
