The sun.net.ftp.IftpClient and sun.net.www.protocol.gopher.GopherClient have "sun-barr" hard coded as a proxy site.

Users can manually set their own proxy manually, but if there is an site not found exception in GopherClient, it attempts to punch through to sun-barr, which is about to be obsoleted, and references to sun-barr therefore need to be removed.
