Under the section
 - jre/lib/audio/soundbank.gm
the following sentence is misleading, and not correct:
      "MIDI soundbanks are often available in hardware form
      or as part of the operating system on modern systems, and it
      therefore may not be necessary to redistribute the soundbank.gm
      file with the Runtime Environment."

It should be removed and replaced with something similar to this:
        "MIDI playback is broken or not possible at all without a
        soundbank file."
