Testcase: SPI 402-405, 407 and 409

Reproduce:
1) Running SPI testcase 402
2) Select WuBi IM, press "ctrl+space" and input 'aabbccdd'----works fine.
3) Select Host IM, press "ctrl+space", no response, can only input english.
4) If pressing "ctrl+space" and select other IM(not default as microsoft IM) first from taskbar on the screen, we can input S-chinese and then we can change the IM back to microsoft IM and the microsoft IM can work. But, after we select other IM from system menu, like WuBi IM or Test IM, we select Host IM again, it still doesn't work.
5) Somtimes, if we select Wubi IM-->Host IM-->Wubi IM, in 2nd selecting Wubi IM, we can get two WuBi status windows on the screen.
6) In oder to reproduce the error, we did the testing like step 4) several times, we got a core dump one time. Please see the attached file.
7) same situation for other testcase 403-405, 407 and 409.
