Add support for the following two LDAP controls to the LDAP service
provider in JNDI:

- Paged Results (RFC 2696)
- Server-Side Sorting (RFC 2891)

The features are already supported by classes in the
com.sun.jndi.ldap.ctl package. This project migrates those classes
to the javax.naming.ldap package in J2SE.
