User cannot bring out HtmlConverter. To launch the HtmlConverter, user needs to change the terminal to "sh" enviroment since the HtmlConverter file doesn't have " #!/bin/sh " line.


This is a regression from 1.3.1_02. Probably caused by the script that updates the copyright section.
