Test Bundles : j2sdk-1_3_1_03-fcs-bin-b02-win-12_feb_2002.exe
Test Enviroment : Win XP /Pro/ korean


After installed j2sdk-1_3_1_03-fcs-bin-b02-win-12_feb_2002.exe bundle, there is not 1.3.1_03 directory under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\JavaSoft\Java Plug-in and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Enviroment in Regitry Key.
But, this problem is not observed in the other OS, Win2000/pro/korean. Also, after installed j2re-1_3_1_03-fcs-bin-b02-win-i-14_feb_2002.exe in WinXp/Pro/ korean, this problem is not found.
When users try to bring out ControlPanel, there is the following error message displays in "Java Plug-in Control Panel" dialog box: "The sysem cannot find the registry key specified:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\JavaSoft\Java Plug-in\1.3.1_03".
