To support installing a different EventQueue class, one used to set a command-line property such as "java -DAWT.EventQueueClass=foo.bar.MyEventQueue".
This no longer works, because Toolkit.getProperty is used to fetch this setting instead of System.getProperty (they used to be equivalent).
