Steps to Reproduce :

1.) Install the JRE build from the above mentioned location
2.) Invoke the netscape 4.7x browser and load the following applet
http://sqesvr.sfbay.sun.com/deployment2/sridhare/hopper/pluginhtml/MimeType_141.
html

Result :
1.) Applet fails to load
2.) Look into About --> plugin's , application/x-java-bean;version=1.4.1 is missing
