Java Plug-in 1.4.0 FCS Failed to load http://zone.msn.com/casinoroulette applet.

How to Reproduce:

* Install the Java Plugin1.4.0-FCS on the test machine.
* Make sure that "Microsoft Internet Explorer" check box is enabled
  in the Java Plug-in Control Panel.
* Invoke the Browser(IE5.5) and load the following URL
  URL: http://zone.msn.com/casinoroulette
* Applet does not load to completion.
