Java Plug-in 1.4.0 FCS Failed to load Datek's Online Trading applet on http://www.streamer.com/

How to Reproduce:

* Install the Java Plugin1.4.0-FCS on the test machine.
* Make sure that "Microsoft Internet Explorer" check box is enabled
  in the Java Plug-in Control Panel.
* Invoke the test IE Browser(see below for the configurations details) and load the following URL
  URL: http://www.streamer.com/

* Applet fails to load and throws java.lang.IOExceptions on the
  plugin console.
