      java webstart (javaws-1_0_1_02-win-int-rt.exe)

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      automatic download of j2se 1.4 in webstart is not possible

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      1. create a jlnp file with a request for a 1.4 j2se
      2. download it with the 1.0.1 webstart.


      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      expected: auto download of 1.4 jre.

      actual: webstart gives error message.
