Plugin being fouled by Netscape 6 clever object tag handling

      The Netscape 6 browser takes OJBECT tag the have a classid=clsid:blahblah and passes them on to the plugin when blahblah matches the clsid that the plugin uses on Windows for COM object identification.

      While this is a noble effort, it causes problems because the interpretation of "codebase" has a different meaning then what the plugin expects in this case.

      We end up with the location of the cab file when we expect the location of the class files
