STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
1. install Mozilla (20020304+)
2. install JRE v.1.4.0

EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
Be giving option to make the JRE the default Java runtime
for Mozilla and/or Netscape depending on what is installed

This bug can be reproduced always.
