plugin debug files are making it into the non-debug images

      In the j2sdk-image/jre/plugin/sparc directory, there are debug directories ./ns4_g/javaplugin.so
      ./ns600_g/libjavaplugin_oji.so
      ./ns610_g/libjavaplugin_oji.so

      These shouldn't be in the j2sdk-image or the j2re-image. They should only be in the j2sdk-debug-image.
