Build - Hopper (03/11/02)

Steps to reproduce -

1) Install the jdk/jre on the target machine from the following location
         /net/sqesvr/deployment3/hopper/2002-03-11/
2.) Invoke the JPI Control Panel and enable Console
3.) Load any applet
4.) Look for the Java Console

Result : Java Console dialog - Clear has an accelerator but Copy / Close do not.
