Build - Hopper (03/11/02)

Steps to reproduce -

1) Install the jdk/jre on the target machine from the following location
         /net/sqesvr/deployment3/hopper/2002-03-11/
2.) Invoke the JPI Control Panel and enable "Show Exception Dialog Box"
3.) Load the following applet in a browser

http://sqesvr.sfbay.sun.com/deployment2/sridhare/ws-07-2000/tests/applet_usability/error_handling/unified_error/AUEInitException.html

Result : Look for the exception dialog box to pop up, the "OK" key in the exception dialog box does not have a accelerator key
