In the Java Versioning setting on the main window, there are the untranslated
mesasges. And in the About dialog, there is a broken message.
This can be produced using Hopper b05 in ja locale and also might be produced
in other locales except English. (see the attached image)

This problem is affected by the fix of 4507804 but it's actually the problem
that L10N integration according to the I18N fix for 4507804 has not completed.
