The certificate viewer in Java Plug-in doesn't follow the JLF guideline:

- Multiple dialogs are needed to display cert in certificate chain.
- "OK" button is confusing.
- "Unknown issuer" and "Unknown subject" is displayed if CN not found, but it should display "O" in the name.
